ディーナヨッフェは、1975年ショパン・コンクールで第2位受賞以来、フランス、ドイツ、イギリス、ロシア、イスラエル、日本、アメリカ、フィンランド、ポーランド各地で演奏会を行っており、日本での音楽活動も活発におこなっている。N響や東京フィルとの競演をはじめ、愛知県立芸大の客員教授を務めた経歴もあるのだとか。
